Novato, CA - Rotary Club of Ignacio Monte Carlo Night

Tonight was the Rotary Club of Ignacio's Monte Carlo Night! This annual event is held in Novato each year at The Fireman's Fund and proceeds go to support countless organizations in our community - including the Miss Marin County Scholarship Program. Thank you to Rotary for helping us raise valuable scholarship dollars through your event.
The theme for the night was "Roaring 20s" and everyone was dressed to the nines! My favorite outfit of the night had to be Miss Napa County 2011 Ashley Mendez's dress because it fit the theme so well!
We had been looking forward to this event for a long time and it was a perfect night. Before it was over, me and Miss Napa County had the opportunity to draw all of the winning raffle tickets and they gave away some great prizes that included a couple of trips to Las Vegas. Sadly, I didn't win a prize (I am usually pretty competitive when it comes to those raffles...) but nonetheless I had a great time. :)

Every Wednesday, I have a little segment on The NAPA Show with Arty Party for Napa Valley TV on Ch 28. This week was especially fun because our guests were the newly crowned Miss Solano 2011 Julianna Johnson and Miss Napa County 2011 Ashley Mendez! They were great guests and our viewers had been asking about them for the past couple weeks! Before they even came on the show, I had viewers calling in either asking where the queens were or to tell me they were wearing a crown/tiara in honor of our guests for the day.
Thank you to Gabino Lopez, Executive Director and the Miss Solano/Napa County team for coming on our show!
